You will probably have noticed that in the last 10-20 years

and higher standards of service. Clinical hypnotherapy is no

We use state of the art neuro-conditioning and brainwave
entrainment technologies to help you relax more deeply and more
rapidly allowing you to be more responsive to hypnotherapy and
accept suggestions at a deeper level. This technology also uses
pulses at specific frequencies which have an immediate positive
impact on your brainwaves and neurological activity.
Session Format
Case History
We take time to discuss your requirements and condition,
taking into account any factors which could have a physical or
psychological impact on your condition.
Psychological Profile
Assessment
You will then complete a number of simple questionnaires and
exercises to help us build a detailed psychological profile.
Everybody is different and these will help us tailor therapy,
suggestions etc. to suit you and be more readily accepted by
your subconscious mind.
Session Plan
Working with you we will jointly prepare a treatment plan
utilising a variety of techniques and therapies as appropriate.
Most conditions can be helped within 1 - 4 sessions but will
obviously depend on individual circumstances.
We are committed to achieving permanent and lasting change
in the shortest time possible.
Session Format
We normally begin by talking about your challenge, where you
currently, where you want to be and what particular issues you
want to deal with.
We will decide what methods are best to use. These may be
techniques such as EFT, NLP and CBT before we complete with a
relaxing hypnotherapy session. Finally you will be given advice
and techniques to practice before your next session.
Typically sessions last 1 ½ hours.
Ongoing support and follow
up
We believe it is important to work together and accelerate
your progress. It is therefore likely that we will provide you
with exercises and homework to do in between sessions.
These not only help reinforce the work we do in sessions but
also help you to become more self-reliant. Experience has
should that clients who demonstrate the most commitment achieve
the fastest and most comprehensive results.
Some of our programmes also involve psychological coaching
by telephone. These tend to be shorter but intensive sessions
(typically 20-30 mins). There objective is to keep you on
track, answer any questions you may have and also help deal
with any problems you may be having. They are a very powerful
way of reinforcing your main sessions and accelerating your
progress.
